Terms
Last updated 19 August 2026
Preload is a training log: you record your lifting and endurance work, and it suggests working weights based on what you have already lifted. These are the terms for using it.
Preload is not medical or coaching advice
This is the important one. Preload calculates suggested weights from your own logged history using standard formulas. It does not know your injuries, your technique, how you slept, or what you can safely lift today. Every suggestion is a starting point, not an instruction.
Strength training carries real risk of injury. Use your judgement, warm up, and stop when something is wrong. If you have any medical condition or are unsure whether an exercise is appropriate for you, speak to a doctor or a qualified coach. You train at your own risk.
Your account
You sign in with Google, and you are responsible for that account's security. Preload is for your own training; do not use it to store other people's personal data.
Your data is yours
You keep ownership of everything you log. Preload claims no rights over your training history and will not use it to train models or build products. You can delete all of it at any time from Settings. See the privacy policy for detail.
Availability
Preload is early software provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose data, or change without notice. Keep your own record of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the fullest extent the law allows, Preload and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — including lost data, missed training, or injury.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Access may be suspended if you do.
Ending it
You can stop using Preload and delete your data whenever you like. Access may also be withdrawn — for a breach of these terms, or because the service is being discontinued. If Preload is shut down, reasonable notice will be given so you can export your data.
Changes
These terms may change as the app develops. The date above shows the current version, and continuing to use Preload after a change means accepting it.
